About me
Adrienne Warburton has worked in RTÉ Archives for 12 years as Media Coordinator, Metadata and Archiving. Her role involves the development and implementation of metadata standards across RTÉ Archives’ audio-visual collections and the review and improvement of related processes within the Archive such as cataloguing standards. She is currently team lead for the Archive Cataloguing Unit and also works on projects involving the training of cataloguers; development of standards and workflows for online and digital projects; and preparing the catalogue for the implementation of future digital archiving workflows. She has a BA in Communications studies and a Higher Diploma in Archives and Records Management. She is an active member of the Media Management Commission of FIAT IFTA (The International Federation of Television Archives).
